The Greater Bradford Senior Activity Center, Inc. is not only a place where our older citizens can receive a hot meal and participate in an array of exciting activities, it is a place where they can regularly meet and lend support to one another. The love and compassion provided by the Center staff has contributed immensely to the well-being of Bradford area seniors.

Eligibility Requirements
The center welcomes all persons over the age of 60 and all visitors. Meals are available on a reservation/donation basis to those age 60 and over; others are charged a modest fee.

Location
The Center is located at 60 Campus Drive in Bradford. It is within walking distance of the High Rise and Emery Towers and is on the local bus route.

Funding and Other Support
The Center receives supprt from the from the United Way of the Bradford Area, McKean County Commssioners, the City of Bradford, the Borough of Lewis Run, and Bradford, Foster and Lafayette Townships. Other funds come from donations, special events, special bequests and memorials.

The annual budget of $60,000 is funded from these monies and a small reserve fund. Meals and Center Director are provided by the Office of Human Services/Area Agency on Aging.
